How do I order press-on nails?

Choose your favorite set on our website, select your sizing and any available options, then add it to your cart and check out.

What if I don’t know my nail sizes?
Order a free sizing kit before purchasing your set! It helps you find the right fit for each nail so you can order with confidence.

How long will my order take?

Our turnaround time is 5–7 business days, plus shipping time. Please order ahead if you need your nails for a special occasion.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes! Send your inspiration photo or idea to book@quticles.com or DM us on Instagram to discuss your custom set.

Do you offer freestyle sets?

Absolutely! Give me your preferred colors, theme, or overall vibe, and let me create a design for you.

Are your press-ons made with acrylic?

No. Quticles press-ons are made with gel and reinforced with builder gel for added strength and durability.

How long do press-on nails last?
Wear time varies depending on your nail prep, adhesive, application, and daily routine. Follow your application instructions carefully for the best results.

Are the nails reusable?
Yes—with careful removal and proper care! Reuse depends on the condition of the nails after removal. Clean off any remaining adhesive and store them safely between wears.

How do I apply my nails?
Start with clean, dry nails. Gently push back your cuticles, lightly buff your natural nails, and remove any dust or oil. Match each press-on to the correct finger, then follow the adhesive and application instructions provided.

How do I remove them?
Follow the removal instructions included with your order. Never pull or force the nails off. Take your time, and avoid acetone if you plan to reuse your set, as it can damage the press-ons.

Can I shower or wash my hands while wearing them?
Yes! Follow your adhesive’s instructions for how long to wait before getting your nails wet. Avoid prolonged soaking, and wear gloves when cleaning or washing dishes to help preserve your set.

What comes with my press-on nail order?
Each set comes with an application kit that includes:

• KDS nail glue
• Nail buffer
• Wooden cuticle pusher
• 2 alcohol wipes
• Adhesive nail tabs

Choose nail glue for a stronger hold or nail tabs for short-term wear. 

What is your return policy?

All press-on nail sales are final. Because each set is a personal-use item, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or change of mind. Please order a free sizing kit before purchasing if you’re unsure of your sizes.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email book@quticles.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may be accepted before production begins. Once work has started on your set, we cannot cancel the order or change the design.
